HELLO!  Thank you for registering for my workshops at Quiltcon 2022!  I'm excited to meet all of you in February, but until then, please read this page carefully as it contains information I think you'll find helpful if you are taking either my Patchwork Sashiko workshop or my Anastasia Patchwork Bag workshop.  The first 2 items include links to purchase the kits for both workshops. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email me at banjoflannel.etsy@gmail.com

What are Silicone Needle Pullers?

In the supply list it asks you to bring "silicone needle pullers".  They look like the image above.  Squishy silicone thimbles that will be used on your thumb, pointer finger and middle finger.  Do an internet search for "silicone needle pullers" and you will find many sources.  (Image source: missouriquiltco.com)

Needles for Hand-Basting

If you are taking the Patchwork Sashiko Workshop, there will not be sewing machines in the classroom, so we will be hand-basting!  I am providing needles for the sashiko stitching, HOWEVER, these needles are thicker and longer than the usual hand sewing needle.  If you have a needle you prefer for hand-basting, please bring it with you.
